QOTAN.ai continuously works out setpoints for distillation columns, catalytic crackers and hydrotreaters that maximize high-value product yields and lower energy use, within your operating limits.

Know what needs maintenance, and when.

QOTAN.ai analyzes vibration, pressure and temperature data from pumps, compressors and turbines to flag failing equipment weeks before it breaks down. It then turns that into a dated, prioritized maintenance schedule.

  • Remaining-useful-life forecasts for each critical asset, with a confidence range.
  • Failure-mode diagnosis, such as bearing wear, seal leakage, misalignment, cavitation or fouling, with the evidence behind it.
